Eastern Dastarkhan — Gastronomic Tour — 7 Days

Eastern Dastarkhan — Gastronomic Tour — 7 Days

7 days from 980 USD 🇺🇿 Uzbekistan

You can’t understand Uzbek cuisine from one plov at a random teahouse — every city has its own recipe, its own method, its own point of pride. This tour moves from dish to dish: you cook three different styles of plov with your own hands, taste each city’s specialty, and discover why Tashkent plov and Samarkand plov are, in practice, two different worlds.

Route

Tashkent → Samarkand → Gijduvan → Bukhara.
