The only route in our catalog that starts in the Fergana Valley — a green, fertile region known for crafts rather than architecture. From there, a drive over the Kamchik mountain pass to the classics: Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara.
Route
Fergana/Namangan → Rishtan → Kokand → Tashkent → Samarkand → Gijduvan → Bukhara.
Day by day
- Arrival in Fergana/Namangan, drive to Kokand.
- Kokand: Khudoyar Khan’s palace, the Madari-Khan mausoleum, Jami mosque. Drive to Rishtan — workshop of the famous blue pottery, ceramics demonstration.
- Drive to Tashkent over the Kamchik mountain pass (2,285 m).
- Tashkent: Khast-Imam complex, Chorsu Bazaar, old town. Drive to Samarkand.
- Samarkand: Registan Square, Gur-Emir mausoleum, Bibi-Khanym mosque, Shah-i-Zinda ensemble.
- Drive to Gijduvan — pottery masterclass with the ceramicists, kebab lunch. On to Bukhara in the evening.
- Bukhara: Samanid mausoleum, Ark fortress, Poi-Kalyan ensemble, Lyab-i Hauz.
- Transfer to Bukhara airport, departure.
